Once your telemedicine visit is completed and it is confirmed that you are a candidate for the medication you have chosen, your prescription will be sent to one of our partner pharmacies and you can expect your medication to be delivered to your home in 5-7 business days.
After review of your medical history by our provider, if it is determined that you are not a candidate for the medication discussed or if you decide during the visit that you do not want to proceed, a full refund will be given for any amount prepaid for your consultation and medication.
